Purchase + Shipping

At Kathryn Lee Bridal we want to give you the best wedding gown shopping experience possible! To make it easy, we have laid out some information you might be curious about.


Purchases: To make a collection dress purchase select your customizations on the dress’s page and add to your cart! If you’d like to purchase a custom couture gown send us an email to hello@KathrynLeeBridal.com and we’ll contact you to set up a consultation.

Timeframe: All gowns are made to order and require time to source materials and carefully craft with your selected customizations. The production process can take anywhere from 4 to 12 months depending on whether you select a Collection Gown, a Made to Measure gown, or a Custom Couture Gown. If you are selecting a Made to Measure or Custom Couture Gown then we will send you a timeline of the production process and any fittings with your welcome packet.

Delivery times are an estimate and due to unforeseeable instances we can not guarantee an exact delivery time. We however will do anything in our power to get your dress to you in your necessary timeframe.

If you are on a tight timeline, please let us know prior to your purchase and we will gladly try to get your dress to you on time.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. When purchasing a Collection Gown, payment in entirety is due at time of purchase. When creating a Custom Couture Gown an initial non-refundable deposit of 50% is due. The remaining 50% of your payment is due prior to shipment. We will email you a final invoice before we ship it.

Shipping: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you have a preference let us know before we ship and we’ll make it happen.

Returns: All gowns are made to order just for you. We do not accept returns, but will gladly work with you if you should encounter any issues with your order.

Please note that our garments are handmade. We use fine fabrics that may have minor imperfections and inconsistencies that are in no way a defect. In the production and shipping process a few beads may fall off- this is a normal happening and we always send a few extras just in case.
